2.4 Users uploading images to generate custom artworks must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use those images. You grant MAKERSMARKET.XYZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and modify the uploaded images to generate the custom artwork.

3. Payment and Pricing
3.1 Prices for the artworks are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.
